Conch shell & pink sapphire set in 18k rose gold. Baby pink sapphire, slightly domed, oval tops suspending pear-shaped conch shell drops surrounded with beautifully set pink sapphire pavé set in warm rose gold. Posts may be added in the future if desired. 

Approximate overall length 62mm or 2.45″ and width 24mm or 0.95″. Sapphire weight approximately 4.7ct.
