    Welcome to our Client Services Information page.  We hope that we are able to address many of your enquiries here, but you may also always feel free to contact us at 561-331-3900 or clientservices@mishfinejewelry.com.  Please allow up to 24 hours for us to respond to an email enquiry.

    Upon reviewing your order, a member of our Client Services Team shall contact you with order confirmation, delivery/shipping information, and shipping method.

    • Monday to Friday 10:00am to 6:00pm Eastern Time.
      Saturday 10:00am to 5:00pm
      Sunday Closed

      We are always delighted to make arrangements for a private appointment.

      Please note that Eastern Time is UTC-0:500 autumn/winter & UTC-0:4:00 spring/summer.

    • Insured Shipping

      Dispatched packages are insured until the time the package is delivered and signed for at the destination.  We may choose to open an investigation with the carrier to determine the responsible party should a package go missing.  Please contact a member of our Client Services Team if your details indicate the package has been delivered but nothing was received.

    • USA/Domestic Shipping

      We are delighted to offer complimentary overnight shipping within the United States.  Please allow from 2 to 5 business days for Mish Fine Jewelry items to be shipped depending upon availability.  On occasion, items ordered together may arrive in more than one package.  If you require more immediate shipment processing, please contact us so that we may try to accommodate your request.  Most shipments are dispatched via overnight or next day express and require a signature for package release.  If you require an alternate shipping method, please contact us to discuss the options.  Please note however that Mish Fine Jewelry is unable to ship to post office boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or hotels.

    • International Shipping

      We strive to make your international purchase as easy as possible.  Upon reviewing your order, a member of our Client Services Team shall contact you to discuss international shipping options.  Please allow from 2 to 5 business days for Mish Fine Jewelry items to be shipped depending upon availability.  On occasion, items ordered together may arrive in more than one package.  If you require more immediate shipment processing, please contact us so that we may try to accommodate your request.  Most shipments are dispatched via international overnight, international priority or international express depending on delivery destination, however, physical delivery may be determined by the destination country’s customs.  Any duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.  Please contact us to discuss the international shipping options and costs. 

    • Personalized Delivery

      For your convenience we offer personalized delivery within Palm Beach.  Please contact us to discuss arrangements.

    • US and Domestic Returns

      Mish Fine Jewelry does not issue refunds without an original sales receipt.  Articles are accepted for refund, store credit or exchange if returned in saleable condition and accompanied by a sales receipt; all protective materials in place; attached tags; and all original Mish Fine Jewelry presentation boxes and packaging within the time span as follows:

      1) within 14 days of receiving your order for refund, store credit or exchange

      2) within 28 days of receiving your order for store credit or exchange

      3) after 28 days items are not eligible for return. 

      Qualified refunds are made in the same method of original payment.  Engraved, bespoke and customized items cannot be returned to Mish Fine Jewelry.  Missing original Mish Fine Jewelry presentation packaging and boxes not included with the returned article may make the article not eligible for return, store credit or exchange.

    • Engraving

      We are delighted to help you with custom hand-engraving.  Please contact us so that we may discuss with you engraving options, costs and scheduling.  Engraved items cannot be returned to Mish Fine Jewelry.

    • Customization

      We are delighted to help you customize a special piece.  Please contact us to discuss customization options such as lengthening, shortening, or personalized earring fits or closure requests.  Due to the personalized nature of customization, customized items may not be eligible for return to Mish Fine Jewelry – Please contact a member of our Client Services Team in advance of your purchase to discuss   your options.  

    • Bespoke/Just-For-You/Just-For-Him/Just-For-Her

      We are delighted to help you create a one-of-a-kind special piece for you or for someone you love.  Please contact us to schedule a time to discuss your bespoke enquiry.  At our discretion, bespoke items may not be returned to Mish Fine Jewelry.

    • Ring Sizes

      We are delighted to help you find the perfect ring.  Please contact a member of our Client Services Team to discuss ring sizing.

    • Gift Wrapping

      Mish Fine Jewelry purchases arrive in our signature lavender Mish presentation box with a hand-tied brown grosgrain ribbon.  At check-out you can opt to have a personalized gift message included in the package.  Should you also want to have festive paper wrapping and ribbon added to the gift, we would be delighted to assist you with this service at no additional charge.

    • Gift Certificates

      We are pleased to offer Mish Fine Jewelry Gift Certificates for purchase.  Gift Certificates are not available for purchase through the website however, so please contact a member of our Client Services team at 561-331-3900 or clientservices@mishfinejewelry.com

    • Repairs

      Please contact a member of our Client Services Team for assistance in repairs or reknotting.  We are delighted to help you.

    • Acquisition Services

      On occasion, Mish Fine Jewelry purchases extraordinary pieces for its collection.  For your item to be considered for acquisition, please send detailed clear images of the object, including Mish hallmarks and your asking price to clientservices@mishfinejewelry.com.
