South Sea cultured pearls and diamonds set in 18k yellow gold. Large cloud-like white baroque pearls are delicately capped in a reflexed nigella flower cap with stunning diamond pavé centers. The beautiful pearl drops are suspended from french hooks lined with perfectly set diamond pavé.
