      18k yellow & white gold and diamond. Mish’s iconic oval Nigella flower medallion with yellow gold petals and an exquisitely pavéd diamond center in white gold. On the reverse the medallion is set with a charming pavéd floral panel. The stunning flower is mounted on a band of two perfect rows of diamond pavé also in white gold. Can be made in additional sizes and gold or diamond colors.
